О внесении изменений в постановление Правительства

Ленинградской области от 17 августа 2011 года N 257

"Об утверждении Перечня особо ценных продуктивных

сельскохозяйственных угодий, расположенных на территории

Ленинградской области, использование которых для целей,

не связанных с ведением сельского хозяйства,

не допускается"

 

 

Правительство Ленинградской области постановляет:

1. Внести в Перечень особо ценных продуктивных сельскохозяйственных угодий, расположенных на территории Ленинградской области, использование которых для целей, не связанных с ведением сельского хозяйства, не допускается, утвержденный постановлением Правительства Ленинградской области от 17 августа 2011 года N 257, изменения согласно приложению к настоящему постановлению.

2. Настоящее постановление вступает в силу с даты подписания.

которых для целей, не связанных с ведением сельского хозяйства, не допускается,

утвержденный постановлением Правительства Ленинградской области

от 17 августа 2011 года N 257

 

1. Раздел 3-1 изложить в следующей редакции:
