ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО ЛЕНИНГРАДСКОЙ ОБЛАСТИ

 

ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ

 

 

 

от 17 января 2025 года N 32

 

 

 

О внесении изменения в постановление Правительства Ленинградской области от 17 августа 2011 года N 257 "Об утверждении Перечня особо ценных продуктивных сельскохозяйственных угодий, расположенных на территории Ленинградской области, использование которых для целей, не связанных с ведением сельского хозяйства, не допускается"

 

 

Правительство Ленинградской области постановляет:

Внести в Перечень особо ценных продуктивных сельскохозяйственных угодий, расположенных на территории Ленинградской области, использование которых для целей, не связанных с ведением сельского хозяйства, не допускается, утвержденный постановлением Правительства Ленинградской области от 17 августа 2011 года N 257, изменение согласно приложению к настоящему постановлению.

ЛЕНИНГРАДСКОЙ ОБЛАСТИ, ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕ КОТОРЫХ ДЛЯ ЦЕЛЕЙ,

НЕ СВЯЗАННЫХ С ВЕДЕНИЕМ СЕЛЬСКОГО ХОЗЯЙСТВА,

НЕ ДОПУСКАЕТСЯ, УТВЕРЖДЕННЫЙ ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕМ ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВА
